  • q:I have passed my theory test, can I book my driving lesson now?

    a: No, you can’t, once you have received your provisional license by post only then you can book your driving lessons. You always have your license with you on your lessons.

  • q:How do I book my driving lessons?

    a: You fill out the request form on BeeSafe Driving School website and we will contact you to arrange your driving lessons or you can directly contact us on the phone numbers provided or email.

  • q:What I need to bring with me to my driving lessons?

    a: All you need to bring with you is your learners permit and logbook, if you have one (instructor will issue you a logbook on your first EDT lesson).

  • q:How often should I book my driving lessons?

    a: The Road Safety Authority recommend one driving lesson every two weeks and at least three hours practice between each driving lesson for the subject you have learned on your lesson.

  • q:Can I practice driving unaccompanied?

    a: It is against the law for a learner driver to drive a vehicle unless accompanied by a person who holds a full EU or full UK driver’s licence (which is a current and valid licence to drive in the Republic of Ireland) for a continuous period of two years in respect of the vehicle category. If found unaccompanied a learner driver may receive a minimum of 2 penalty points and a fine of €80 for driving unaccompanied.
